FOUNDER & HEAD PRODUCER Originally from Sweden, Johanna pursued a degree in Events Management at a prestigious London university before making her way to Ibiza. After dedicating a decade as the ‘Head of Events’ to one of the most established event companies on the island, Johanna knew it was time to create her own company reflecting her signature style and service.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Johanna has organised a plethora of luxury events for internationally known brands, high-profile clients and celebrities alike.
Johanna’s Scandinavian heritage is evident in all of her work, as she effortlessly integrates a timeless, elegant and sophisticated style into every event. Drawing inspiration from fashion, luxury travel, architecture and interior design, Johanna creates one-of-a-kind, exceptional celebrations with the highest level of personal service.

SENIOR EVENT PRODUCERAdding her sharp eye for meticulous detail, Monika joined JC Bespoke Events in 2022. Having spent over a decade working in the sport and entertainment industry in London and Sydney, Monika moved to her soul-home of Ibiza and was swiftly snapped up, becoming a valued member of the team.

Having delivered events for big names as MTV, Sony Pictures, National Geographic and the 2016 Rugby World Cup, Monika mastered the art of managing challenging logistics to the highest standards. She loves getting to know her clients on a deeper level, making the planning journey as joyful as possible and ensuring that each event is a unique representation of what is most important to each client and their guests.

DESIGN & DECORATION MANAGERHaving moved to Ibiza two years ago, Emma is dedicated to bringing her expertise in luxury event design from London and internationally to the island. Specialising in creating weddings, events, and guest experiences with a story, she has over ten years of experience in Events Management and Production.

Emma has planned and designed high-profile weddings, celebrations, and events for public figures and influential brands worldwide, with a strong background in luxury, fashion, travel, and innovation, including four years spent in-house for a global leading brand.
Having worked with top creative event agencies, global concierge services, and renowned brands throughout her work, her deep connection to storytelling and her creative eye for aesthetics and transforming spaces helps bring a clients’ dream into reality.

From the layout and decor to the lighting, textures, and even food design, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to embody their narrative. CONCIERGE MANAGERBorn and raised in Sweden, Alex first touched down in Ibiza in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the island. After completing his degree in Events and PR in London he knew it was time to pursue his professional career on the White Isle. With over 12 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, Alex has gained unrestricted access to Ibiza’s most prestigious contacts and sought after venues.

Every year, 12 million girls are married before they turn 18. VOW for Girls is a growing global movement that partners with brands, individuals and the wedding industry to end the international child marriage crisis. 100% of their funds raised go directly to local organisations that provide young girls with education, job training and life skills.
Each time we plan an event, a set amount from that event is donated directly to this wonderful charity, in our client’s name.
