Overlooking Formentera, you can watch the boats go by while you enjoy their authentic Mediterranean menu. An eclectic mix of diners from all over the world sets a relaxed and radically chic mood.

Jondal - Cala Jondal
Popular amongst the jet-setting crowd, this beautiful beachside restaurant is made for stylish, relaxed lunches under the sabina trees. Owner and executive chef Rafa Zafra’s passion for the sea is truly reflected in his exquisite menu here.

Xuclar - Portinatx
Cala Xuclar is a true hidden gem. A real step back in time and popular with locals. A gorgeous menu with a good selection of dishes to enjoy. The speciality of the restaurant is the fresh fish caught locally every morning.

Es Xarcu - Es Cubells
This year the family-run business has moved to the picture-perfect town of Es Cubells, whilst their Cala Jondal chiringuito has a makeover. An equally lovely location, perfect for an afternoon lunch with friends and family.

Aiyanna - Cala Nova
Aiyanna has blossomed since its opening in 2017. Cala Nova is where you’ll find her. Alongside colourful parasols, turquoise sea views and a seasonal, healthy menu - created by chef Ricardo Monje Sagués.

Beachouse - Playa d'en Bossa
A go-to spot for the movers and shakers, the nomads and globetrotters combined. Playa d’en Bossa sets the scene, and Beachouse provides everything else and then some. Incorporating flavours from around the world, with a prominent Mediterranean twist.

Cala Gracioneta - San An
This cosy beach restaurant on the shore of a little jewel of crystal-clear waters hidden in a quiet spot on the San Antonio coast is a great choice for laid-back afternoons whilst listening to the sounds of the ocean. The Mediterranean menu is exquisite with farm-to-table style dining.

Cotton Beach - Cala Tarida
A modern-concept restaurant that offers a first-class MediterrAsian fusion menu. Including sushi and Greek salads. All located on one of the best beaches in Ibiza, looking out to the glistening waters before you.

El Silencio - Cala Moli
After having already made a name for itself in Paris, owner Arnaud Frisch knew Ibiza would also be a hit. A hub for creatives and visionaries. Serving local produce, Argentinian Chef Mauro Colagreco’s cuisine is the talk of the town. No wonder it’s so popular!

Fish Shack - Talamanca
A much-loved go-to for locals and travelers alike. This traditional beach bar is simple and modest. They focus on fresh seafood food and service. The glorious view does the rest.

Es Torrent - Es Cubells
Located in a remote cove of Es Torrent. It’s the perfect spot for authentic, Ibicencan fare. Specializing in seafood and paella, it’s the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon, water-side.

Playa Soleil - Playa d'en Bossa
The chic status of Playa D’en Bossa is on the rise thanks to Playa Soleil. Sink into a beachside Balinese bed enjoying a decadent breakfast or healthy juice before heading to Le Restaurant for lunch and dinner. But save your energy for Maison Musique, their indoor club space attracting world-renowned DJ’s.

An attractive blue finca that has been welcoming diners for over 40 years. Set in the village of Santa Gertrudis, the inviting, fine-dining Italian menu has been expertly created by head chef Antonio Boriello.

The opulent, contemporary decor and ambience tick all the boxes for sophisticated dining on the island. Offering a stunning Greek-fusion menu with a range of dishes to choose from. Including yellowfin tuna and an exceptional mezze.

Dinner with a difference. Lío offers a 5-star- experience, along with spectacular live entertainment, no expense spared. A Mediterranean menu that aims to catch your attention is all part of the adventure.

Novikov - Marina Botafoc
Premium, PanAsian dining in the affluent area of Marina Botafoch. It’s a fine-dining haven with a fabulous track record throughout the world. And Novikov Ibiza is their newest addition, having only opened this year.

Sa Punta - Talamanca
This glitterati haunt focuses on excellent international cuisine. With views overlooking the old-town by night, it’s a fantastic option for fine dining in the evening.

Can Berri Vell - San Agustin
This stunning, 17th-century family-owned building is home to a gastronomic feast of flavors. Along with warm, welcoming hospitality. Focusing on fresh, authentic Ibizan food.

Casa Maca - Ibiza
A rural yet modern escape not too far from Ibiza town with views of Dalt Vila. Casa Maca offers outdoor and indoor dining that will let you experience the true spirit of Ibiza. The menu blends global gastronomy with local and organic ingredients grown on their own organic farm.

Es Ventall - San Antonio
This family-owned eatery has a true, authentic feel. With both garden and restaurant seating, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy good conversation, wine and, of course, delicious, traditional Ibicenco food from chef Miguel Bonet.

Balafia - San Lorenzo
One of the best, high-quality BBQ restaurants on the island and famous for its roast chicken, lamb chops and tomato salad. Unpretentious and relaxed. Enjoy a glass of wine and chat, surrounded by nature with attractive garden-dining.

Amante - Cala Llonga
An idyllic place to enjoy their wholesome Mediterranean offerings. With a wonderful atmosphere and a breathtaking view. Experience it by moonlight, and it comes into a world of its own.

Can Domingo - San Jose
A beautiful Italian hideaway, nestled in the hills of Sant Josep. The owners consist of the head chef, an experienced wine consultant and front of the house. Showing their business is also their passion. And the food? Absolutely impeccable. Buon appetito!

It - Marina Botafoc
A superior Italian dining experience with late-night DJs, and excellent food in a lively atmosphere. New this season is the arrival at It of Michelin-starred chef Francesco Sodano, who presents a contemporary take on Italian cuisine with subtle Asian flavours, creating something truly exceptional with every dish he prepares.

Hambre - Santa Eulalia
Hämbre (meaning hunger) is home to a young, yet exceptionally professional and knowledgeable team. Focusing on regional and seasonal foods, with an ever-changing menu, depending on availability. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Juntos - San Mateo
A contemporary farm-to-table and lifestyle restaurant that provides guests with various seating options. Including scenic courtyard dining. Their food is organic and innovative. Bringing you indisputable quality and excellence.

La Paloma - San Lorenzo
Homemade with love. Italian Chef Prasuna brings the motherland to Ibiza. With a range of carefully crafted plates to tickle the tastebuds with delight. Dine within the enchanting orange garden for a true feel of Tuscany.

Zuma - Marina Botafoc
If you’re a fan of excellent Japanese food, then this is the place to be. Trendy Zuma is designed to evoke conversation. Sharing, discussing and experiencing. They also have fantastic DJs every night, which attracts those in search of an evening of dining and dancing.

Lado - Marina Botafoch
Featuring the tagline "Spanish ingredients for international people," Lado Ibiza sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Under the guidance of Michelin Star Chef Angel Zapata Martin, this fine dining establishment serves up authentic Spanish cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds and soothes the soul.

Zitya - KM4
Offering a contemporary twist on traditional Aegean cuisine, the menu is curated fusing Ottoman, Italian and Greek influences. This historic inland venue, once one of the island’s most fashionable hangouts circa 2000, offers both lounge and patio dining in the romantic finca style setting on the outskirts of San Josep. Their creative cocktails are alone worth a visit.

Maine - Salinas
Housed in an 18th century whitewashed parish on the UNESCO protected salt flats of the south coast, this Mediterranean restaurant works closely alongside local producers to deliver the finest flavours of the surrounding land and sea. Skilled mixologists and sommeliers showcase creative flavours and a wide selection of old world, new world and biodynamic wines.

Casa Linda - San Jose
Chef Tomas Abellan knows how to create warm, trendy, and successful restaurants. After achieving various successes on the peninsula, he decided to open his first restaurant in Ibiza, and all the Balearic foodies and fashion people cheered. Nestled in the charming garden of Les Jardines de Palerm Hotel , Casa Linda offers simple, clean but experimental cuisine.

This lively Mexican bar and restaurant is the perfect place to start the evening. Order the best margarita in town and accompany it with an exquisite guacamole (ask the chef for the secret recipe, it's so good you'll want to replicate it at home). This will no doubt prepare you for a fun-filled night ahead.

Casa Lhasa - San Lorenzo
This natural wine bar in the serene village of San Lorenzo encompasses the true spirit of the island. Owners Cassady (a sommelier in a former life) and partner Ben’s concept is a vino-lovers sanctuary.

Sunset Ashram - Cala Conta
Perfectly perched on a cliff at Cala Conta, Ashram provides the ultimate setting for drinks at sunset. Sit back, unwind and absorb the breathtaking views over a nice cold cocktail in the warm summer air.

Petunia - Cala D'Hort
Overlooking the magnificent (and mysterious) Es Vedra rock. Celebrate another evening well spent over a glass of champagne, whilst you watch the fiery glow of the sunset fade into the distance for another night.

‘UP’ at The Standard is the place to be as of late. The rooftop bar is great for get-togethers and those in search of a cosmopolitan-city feel experience. Why not try the ‘Golden Hour Punch’ or the ‘Fortuna Spritz’ and spend the night in style.

Laylah - Marina Botafoc
Breeze through their signature cocktail list or sip on something bubbly, Laylah is a good decision regardless. The perfect location, followed by sumptuous decor and mood lighting. A sophisticated evening out.

There’s nowhere quite like Blue Marlin. Home to several world-renowned DJs in the summer months, it’s on the Ibiza bucket list for many. Book a table or bed and enjoy one of the most sought-after venues on the island.

A fun and lively, beachside restaurant with DJs. The food is exceptional, and the service is second-to-none. A favourite for private boat charter guests throughout the summertime too.

Juan y Andrea - Illetes
Opening in 1971, this family-run business has been one of the most visited restaurants on the island for over 5 decades. It continues to welcome hungry visitors, in search of excellent quality food and drink each year.

Fandango - Es Pujols
With authentic local dishes including lobster paella and grilled octopus, you’ll get a true taste of the island and its culture here. Along with live music and events, it really is simplistic elegance, along with rustic charm.

Casa Pacha - Migjorn
The name might be a giveaway but the experience is anything but. Expect the far-end of the spectrum here, as Casa Pacha is all about replenishment and tranquility. An oasis of nature, the calming sound of the sea, and beautiful food.

Can Tres - Migjorn
Can Air, Can Mar, and Can Terra. The three homes (which include several apartments), that you can book for an uninterrupted Formentera break. Just 600 meters from the beach, your luxury time away can be spent exactly how you choose. Including a pool and fresh, beautifully decorated rooms.

Etosoto - Sant Ferran
Owned by French magazine owners, Julien and Grégory Labrousse. Architect Julian and his wife, interior designer Elsa Kikoine have transformed this traditional finca, into a luxurious hideaway guesthouse next to the beach. Located in the village of Sant Ferran de ses Roques.

A subtle blend between traditional and modern cuisine. Only serving fresh, local ingredients. Including carefully crafted tapas with meat and seafood options, paella and more. With iconic sunset views and world-famous hospitality, what’s there to decide?
